As I reported yesterday, we had a celebrity guest stopping by
Kredible Alerts, and lucky winner Kysses from California
guessed that our featured guest is none other than Khia, so
the prize pack will be shipped out to Kysses. Khia is currently
promoting her album Nasty Muzik, scheduled to release on
July 8th and she stopped to get "Kaught Up with Kreoliciouz".

Kredible Alerts: Hey Khia. Thank you for making time to chat
with us here at Kredible Alerts, how have you been?

Khia: I have been working hard, grinding, getting ready for the
new album.

KA: Is there any features on the album?

Khia: No, I don't do features. This  is my third album and I wrote
and produced all three albums. I'm not really into collaborations.
It's all me and it's hot.

KA: Are you scheduled to go on any tours?

Khia: Yes, we have a summer tour in the Southeast region
starting in June. We are on the road right now in the Midwest
area, and East coast. Just grinding and getting ready for the
release.

KA: How do you feel about the controversy that has been
circulating involving yourself? Does it have any affect on you?

Khia: I don't really think it affects me, because I have always
been the head of controversy. Me being independent and out
here grinding, in control of my situation. I do all my marketing
and promotions, and everything for myself, so its good being a
under dog. Love it or hate it, its promotion and apart of my job
description. I take it as work.

KA: I know there has been a lot of talk surrounding VH1's Miss
Rap Supreme Reality Show, and from what you have stated in
past interview, it's all about creating buzz, and you had a
game plan and knew what you were doing, and everything
prepped its self for your album.

Khia: Yes, it turned out good. It was good promotion. VH1
showed a lot of love. You're going to get hate but it's promotions.

KA: Would you want to have your own reality show, and if so
what would be the concept?

Khia: Probably not reality show, I think I would want to do some
acting or have my own entertainment show, where I can promote
the music and do interviews. A lot of people value my opinion,
and I think that I'm a realist, and keep it real just being from the
streets. We don't really have that voice, everything is so edited,
and made for TV, and people are really missing the real. I think
that's what my fans like, the realness and they support me.

KA: That's what I like about your MySpace page. Your very
interactive with the people and you post a lot of blogs and
bulletins so that your voice can be heard from your POV.
That's what I like about Kredible Alerts, and being a celebrity
columnist myself, providing that voice from the celebrities
that we interact with to tell the story, without censorship or
the watered down version, giving the real. So you too can
contact us at anytime to air it out!

Khia: That's Hot and I think that's why I am able to have so much
success because of the communication I have with my fans,
and a lot of times fans want to know. They hear different stuff
and for them to know this is Khia's page and this is Khia online,
I know she will give us the real deal on what happened with this.
So I keep them updated with everything that is going on. We will
keep you guys in mind to get the news out there, so that's good.

KA: Yes, please do. So the name of the album is Nasty Muzik
and what's the first single off the album.

Khia: "Be Your Lady" is the lead single, and it's hot cause I'm
singing and rapping. So everybody has been anticipating that,
because on Nasty Muzik I wrote and produced the album, but I
composed music and did some singing on there too. So
everybody's waiting to hear it.

KA: Now we were suppose to do the interview earlier, but we
rescheduled cause it was a coincidence that we both were
about to throw down in the kitchen. You were cooking for your
daughter earlier.

Khia: Yes, I am a mommy. I am a mommy and that is kind of
what the single "Be Your Lady" is about. You need to want to
cook and fold and iron, and be a mother and support your nigga.
That is my favorite song on the album. But yes I am a mommy, I
cook, clean, I chill at home. I'm not really a street party person
like that. I'm kind of more family orientated outside of music.
KA: Ok well do you have any mommy to be advice for me, I am
expecting my first child?

Khia: Awww!!! Sing to the baby. Are you having a boy or girl?

KA: I don't know yet, its too soon.

Khia: What do you want? Do you want to know or do you want to
be surprised?

KA: I want a boy and yea I want to know. No surprises for me.

Khia: Well sing, talk, and read to your baby. People think the
baby can't hear but they can, so build that relationship with your
baby because its important.

KA: Thank you for the advice. Lastly I want to talk about
today's Kredible Alerts news topics, which were about Lil
Wayne and his weapons case in New York, Mariah Carey and
Nick Cannon's baby plans, and Jay-Z and Beyonce wedding
and baby plans. What is your take on one or any of the topics?

Khia: With Lil Wayne, I am praying for him and I know everything
is going to work out with him, but we definitely got to support our
artists. People have been on him with everything that he has
going on. We definitely need better mentors, friends, and peers
around us in our entourages; the people we chose to deal with.
We have to uplift our artists and not bring them down cause
everybody has been so negative against him, and T.I. and a lot
of the other males in hip hop. We definitely have to support
them, because we need them and they're worth more out here
with us and in the community, being role models instead of
locked down.  So we have to support and pray for Wayne and all
the guys going through stuff with the hip hop police cause they
are attacking our men. I know they slipping but they need good
women and a strong support system and mentors, uncles and
grandfathers, people that is going to tell them right and when the
women they choosing ain't no good. We have to find better
people to network with and be our support system. We have to
uplift one another and we're always so negative against one
another, and for me to say that, and I'm real. You have to be real
and support each other and the people we know that are
leaders, and I feel like Lil Wayne is a leader. We gotta save him!

KA: I know that's right!

Khia: You know I am shocked about Mariah and Nick, but I think
she's happy. She got her a young man and I think they're happy,
so I ain't going to bring that down. Jay-Z and Bey, that's our hip
hop king and queen. I think that they are in love and there is no
secret motive when it comes to those two. So big blessings to
them two.

KA: That's what's up, well again I appreciate you taking time
out your schedule to chat with us today. Looking forward to
the album dropping, and of course between eating and
sleeping, sleeping and eating, I will get this interview done and
up for my Kredible Alerts subscribers hopefully tomorrow.

Khia: (laughs) Eating and sleeping. Are you craving anything?

KA: Oh yes, and I was vegetarian but I have left that alone. I
crave seafood and chicken.

Khia: You have to eat for the baby, you can go back to vegetarian
once you have the baby. That's so beautiful.

KA: Thank you.  I will get everything over to you.

Khia: It was nice speaking with you today. Have a good day!

KA: There you have it. Kaught up with Khia & Kreoliciouz in
Kredible
